Two Charged Regarding Heathrow Alleged Pepper Spray Incident
Formal charges have been brought against two men in connection with a luggage theft where a substance thought to be capsaicin spray resulted in harm at the UK's busiest airport.
Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, are accused of two counts of robbery and two counts of using a harmful chemical, according to official statements.
This legal action stems from an probe of an attack at the parking structure at Heathrow's Terminal Three on the weekend. Earlier that day, two women were robbed of their luggage stolen after getting out of a parking garage elevator, police said.
